  Oak Grove has been taken over by the city of Delaware to keep it maintained properly.
  
  The problem that may zap people is that the "office" is now located in the Delaware City Hall -- so if you can't make it there during business hours -- like on Saturday -- you are on your own locating a grave site.
  
  Grounds are well kept, so kudos to the city workers.
